Job Description:
- Manage existing and potential clients
- Deal with customers’ inquiries via chats, emails and phones
- Assist the clients with queries and questions
- Resolve service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promote new services to clients
- Interact with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
- Follow company general and security policies
Candidate Profile:
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role
- TEI/AEI graduate,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Customer centric approach
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral skills)
- Excellent Computer Literacy / MS Office
