Call Center Agent at Sky Express

Sky Express is currently seeking:

This position needs to carry the following responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from both individuals and or Travel Agents
  • Book seats
  • Issue e-tickets
  • Provide information on flights, fares
  • Perform booking changes or cancellations

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

  • Customer focused
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on rotation shifts, throughout the week
  • Team oriented
  • Committed

Candidates should have the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • Greek and English fluent written and spoken are mandatory
  • Basic Knowledge of at least one of the following languages, will be considered as an added value : German, French.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Military obligation must be completed for male candidates
  • Work experience is similar position, will count additionally

The Call Center department operates at Athens International Airport
