e-FOOD is by far the biggest online delivery service in Greece handling more than 1.000.000 orders per month. With e-FOOD.gr, users have the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of different cuisines and over 4.000 food delivery shops.

Ninja comes from two Japanese words: one is heart and the other is skill. We are thus looking for a true ninja, someone passionate for their work and our users, with the necessary skills to create campaigns in line with our brand values.

You need to be flexible and willing to implement modern growth hacking & guerilla tactics in order to achieve the best possible performance for our campaigns. Although one of the main weapons of ninjas is the Katana sword, your favorite weapon is your data driven approach.

Ninjas considered themselves as students, so you must have willingness to learn new things and be excited to keep up with the continuous developments in your area of expertise.

You will be part of a great marketing team and will plan and implement creative concepts to grow our user base, traffic and engagement.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Create & optimize campaigns across digital landscape (Facebook, GDN, YouTube)
  • Create & optimize campaigns across mobile landscape (mFacebook, , AdMob, Mobile networks)
  • Continuous A/B testing & ROI optimization
  • Explore programmatic advertising initiative
  • Explore other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
  • Collaborate with content team & provide data insights
  • Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter

Requirements

As a ninja you need to have experience & be fully trained in the following sectors:

  • Fluency in the English language is a must. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/IT is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics and/or other tracking software.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Hands-on experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).
  • Knowledge about: user segmentation, push marketing strategies (CRM/e-mail/Remarketing).
  • Experience in Excel (Pivot tables, Power pivot).
  • Interest in learning about customers’ behavior through both numbers and qualitative data.

Nice to have:

  • HTML5/CSS knowledge
  • Programmatic advertising experience
