Toyota Hellas is seeking a Field Force Sales Manager to join the Toyota Sales team.

Key accountabilities

  • Consult the authorized network of Toyota Dealers aiming to drive robust business results
  • Responsible to implement the company’s sales & marketing plans to Toyota Dealers
  • Analyse market data and translate them into actionable plans for Toyota Dealers
  • Assess Dealers’ performance vs. goals and work with them to identify gaps and take on corrective actions
  • Coach Dealers’ sales personnel so as to continuously optimize customer experience and improve sales efficiency and productivity

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Automotive Sales experience 5- 7 years
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Competent user of MS Office and Social Media
  • Results orientation
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Customer Centricity
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Availability to travel within Greece
