HR Officer στην εταιρεία Ellinair

Duties:

  • Develop HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with various departments to promote successful implementation of policies and procedures
  • Develop HR planning strategies and analyze immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Promote equality and diversity within the organization · Advise managers and other employees on employment law
  • Recruit new employees and manage hiring process: prepare job descriptions, job adverts, shortlist, interview and select candidates
  • Analyze training needs; organizing staff training sessions and activities
  • Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions of staff
  • Develop job descriptions
  • Maintain employee records
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Undertake regular salary reviews
  • Deal with staff at all levels

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Officer
  • BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Knowledge of Greek and EU labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills
  • Organizational and teamwork skills
  • Professional integrity and business ethics
