Position Description:

In our drive to further increase our international market share and reputation as one of the Top 10 Email Marketing & Marketing Automation platforms in the world, we are expanding our customer acquisition team.

As a Lead Generation Coordinator you will be responsible for extending Moosend’s sales footprints in predetermined foreign markets, as well as contributing to the advancement of the Moosend brand internationally. You are primarily in charge of attracting new prospective customers, qualifying them as high value leads, and nurturing those leads so they will ultimately convert into customers. You will largely handle outbound lead generation and the qualification steps of the sales funnel via email, Skype and telephone.

About you:

  • You are a high-energy, outgoing, and data-driven professional with expertise in B2B sales.
  • Your fluent English and international business outlook allow you to pick up on nuances that allow you to dive deeper into discovering your prospect’s pain points.
  • You are a master at objection handling over the phone and via email.
  • You use both logic and data to drive your decision-making, while utilizing your creativity to invent new solutions to customer challenges.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • The Lead Generation Coordinator position is a full-time role based in our Athens offices.
  • The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Moosend brand in assigned market niches, industries, and regions.
  • Meet and exceed prospecting goals to fill the sales pipeline with valuable leads.
  • Prepare outbound sales campaigns utilizing various web-based tools, in combination with cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Nurture inbound leads by compellingly articulating Moosend’s platform in order to convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with the Founding team – Be prepared to report daily and discuss progress and opportunities.
  • Articulate customer needs to the Development Team to ensure that Moosend continues to develop world-class features that correspond to actual market needs.

 

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation required – preferably within the software services sector.
  • Fluent (preferably Native) level of English – both written and verbal.
  • Mastery of the art of cold calling and objection handling.
  • Technologically savvy, you love using different web-based tools and learning new software.
  • Goal oriented: You are a do-er, focused on your quotas.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with your prospects.
  • High-energy and awesome communicator – Your friends and customers love you!
  • Genuine interest in people – You cannot imagine yourself not talking to at least 30 new leads per day.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be considered a plus.
