We are looking for a strong and charismatic personality that will revolutionize the industry’s marketing standards keeping Toi&moi at the cutting edge of the fashion industry.



  • Design and implement comprehensive and 360 marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s actions and targets as well as increase the customer retention rate and lifetime value.
  • Ιnnovate on key aspects and elements of the brand’s image.
  • Build solid relationships with internal and external customers to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives.
  • Organize and run effectively PR events and activities.
  • Plan, execute and revise the key marketing campaigns of the company in collaboration with all different strategic partners.
  • Structure, analyze and control the annual marketing budget of the company.
  • Research, evaluate and choose the right tools and methods to satisfy the multiple retail needs of the company based on the different economic and demographic characteristics of each region.
  • Create a strong digital presence of the company in all different available media.
  • Create a seamless customer experience across all multiple touch points (omni-channel).
  • Create and combine all the elements of a unique customer experience journey.




  • BSc/BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • MSc. in Marketing or relevant field will be considered as an important asset.
  • Proven experience as Marketing Manager.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and data driven thinking.
