KinteraComm (www.kinteracomm.com) is expanding and we are building a presence in Greece and adding a new line-of-business – HELIOSTALK.
To support our expansion, we seek an energetic Operations Assistance who will help the company president in making sure KinteraComm is running as well as it possible can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations of current customers and is attractive to potential clients.
The successful candidate will conduct research, prepare reports, interact with clients and potential clients, handle information requests and prepare correspondence.
Position is expected to grow into operations management.

Required competencies include:

  • Communication proficiency in English and Greek
  • Time Management
  • Collaboration/Project management skills
  • Personal effectiveness/credibility
  • Flexibility
  • A bacelor’s degree and 2 years of experience is desired but additional experience can substitute for education.
