Job Description

  • Perform entries of clients’ employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings) the payroll system.
  • Assist in the process of payroll calculations
  • Assist in reconciliation/review of payroll results
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and year end reporting
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory reporting to tax and social security authorities
  • Liaise and interact with clients and public authorities
  • Perform administrative duties in connection with HR/payroll related projects

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Studies in the field of Economics/Finance/Business Administration, postgraduate studies will be considered a plus
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, payroll tax and social security regulations
  • Familiarity with the ERGANI system
  • Solid MS office knowledge
  • Knowledge of the PYLON HRM software will be considered a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure while focusing on detail
