We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to help us meet our merchant acquisition and revenue growth targets.
As Sales Account Executive you will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our merchant customer base. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address merchants’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants
  • Manage the entire sales
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Create detailed business plans / actions to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Forecast and track sales performance metrics
  • Be in frequent contact with the merchants in responsibility to understand their needs
  • Communicate with merchants to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve services provided by Edenred
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Up to 5 years of experience in sales in HORECA or FMCG business
  • Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus

  • Fluent in Greek and English
