Your Role: 
As part of a highly motivated team your main role is to offer supporting services to our internal and external customers and consistently exceed their expectations and deliver exceptional results. The position reports to the Group Operations Director
Your Responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
• answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• coordinating mail/bank runs and other delivery needs
• prioritizing workloads for courier services
• meeting and greeting clients
• handling orders for office supplies
• liaising with relevant organizations, clients and/or suppliers
• logging or processing bills or expenses
• managing databases
• preparing reports as needed
• implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• filing
• maintaining diaries and arranging appointments as needed
• organizing and servicing meetings
• participate in office projects as required
Your Profile: 
• Relevant studies at degree level or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience required in a similar role, experience in the tourism industry will be appreciated
• Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Outstanding team spirit and a strong will to support your colleagues deliver exceptional service
• First-rate written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully resolve issues
• Patience level should be high
• Flexible and inquisitive personality
• Exceptional commitment to learning
