Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with strong track record in business development and sales to join our Telecom & Enterprises Sales Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining his/hers client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services. More specifically he/she will:
  • Follow leads for business development
  • Identify and approach potential clients
  • Determine the gross profit margin and sets a bottom line for product and services sales aligned with business strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and follow – up with existing clients, in order to generate new business
  • Serve as point of contact for client issues and provide resolution at a senior level in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Responsible for the budgeting and re-budgeting of  projects
  • Review and adjust contracts regarding commercial terms
  • Keep tracking of the progress of current offers
  • Responsible for the commercial supervision of the projects’ execution
  • Coordinate the teams involved in the preparation of an offer, in order to ensure that the appropriate approach has been used and all aspects of the client’s requirements have been covered
Qualifications
  • University/College degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or other relative discipline
  • MSc in Computer Science/Telecommunications will be considered an asset
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in Business Development/Account Management in services, software and hardware
  • Excellent communication and strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
  • Ability to deliver results and meet challenging sales targets in a demanding environment
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate with various teams within the organization
  • Hands on experience with CRM software
  • Maintaining a network of contacts in Shipping & Pharmaceutical sectors will be considered a plus
