The Supervisor in ISS will be based in our customer’s premises in Thessaloniki, ensuring the right execution of the contract agreement, through his or her assigned team.
The supervisor will be acting as ambassador for ISS Integrated Facility Services (IFS) and will be truly enabling customers to focus on their core business.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute agreed customer Service Delivery, with excellence and eye for detail.
• Be the key contact person of the customer to deal with day to day business.
• Monitor closely the execution of all activities of the SLA, with emphasis on cleaning.
• Propose corrective actions where needed and innovative solutions, to meet customer needs within agreed timescales and budget.
• Ensure Health and Safety agenda is implemented according to ISS high standards.
• Build effective relationships with customers and create an environment of trust and mutual support.
• Monitor customer’s environment and needs, with an aim to identify potential business opportunities via proposing new services.
• Submit effective reporting in a timely manner through collaboration with central team.
• Lead and develop direct reports.
• Engage with and motivate team members.
• Ensure high productivity and appropriate management across different levels, as per ISS values.

Essential Requirements

• Prior experience of 1-3 years in Services Area
• Degree / Technical Studies would be an asset.
• English proficiency.
• Knowledge of local services market.
• Driving license.
