SEPHORA Greece is interested in immediate hiring of “Supply Chain Planner«, reporting directly to Senior Supply Chain Manager (belonging to Finance department)
Job Description
  • Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Being Responsible for the day-to-day ordering process through collecting, analyzing, recording and processing stores and offer departments requests.
  • Ensuring the accurate posting and timely delivery of the orders from foreign group suppliers regarding exclusive and Sephora products.
  • Being key contributor to the determination of appropriate inventory norms per store in collaboration with offer and sales departments
  • Reviewing on a continuous basis the inventory levels per store and products
  • Generating inter-store transfers to maximize proper stock allocation.
  • Monitoring stock quality per store and product, investigating the level of A / B / C products, ensuring the minimization of slow movers and therefore contributing to the reduction of stock depreciation.
  • Participating in the selection of products to be discounted in offer periods and following up the result
  • Supporting the maintenance and update of stores database by creating / deleting new SKUs, updating prices etc
  • Supporting the achievement of inventory targets such as: Days of Inventory, Inventory Turns, Presence rate etc
  • Participating in various and cross-functional projects relating to inventory management.

Technical Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience, in Logistics Management
  • University degree in Logistics management would be an extra plus.
  • Else, University degree in finance and / or business administration area, is mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of Computers, mandatory knowledge of Windows MS Office and flexibility in internet usage
  • Knowledge of SAP is extra advantage
  • Fluency in English language
