Novibet is currently seeking for a professional to cover the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly & manage effectively customer queries via Live Chat, E-mail, Skype & Telephone
  • Provide information about products & services
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
  • Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer experience in order to improve product and meet customer needs.

Skills:

  • Fluency in Swedish, and English or Greek
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a call center of a reputed company
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Job commitment on a long-term basis
  • Flexibility to work on shifts base
  • Any other Scandinavian language will be considered as a plus
