Speedcast is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join team of Customer Technical Support, responsible for providing the first level (Tier 1) of technical support for products and services.

This position will work with customers to assist with trouble shooting and problem resolution related to Satellite Communication.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant.
  • 3 years’ experience in IT Communication Industry.
  • Solid understanding/experience configuring O/S and networking.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts.
  • PC experience in a Windows operating environment with strong typing ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill in English
  • Completed military obligations.
