Our mission is to improve access to a safer, higher quality and more sustainable food and beverage supply chain.   Diversey Hellas currently has an opening for a talented, passionate employee to join our Food Hygiene Solutions  business unit as:

  • Territory Account Manager – reporting to Food Hygiene National Sales Manager 

The new hire will serve a portfolio of customers located in the mainland of Greece, in islands and in Cyprus. The ideal candidate -apart from the educational and skills qualifications- could be therefore located anywhere in Greece but he/she should be willing and able to travel extensively to visit customers in the areas mentioned above.

Main Responsibilities…

  • Serves existing and new customers, identifies customer needs and suggests appropriate solutions
  • Negotiates and concludes profitable sales contracts, agrees prices and payment terms within limits of authority and ensures agreed payment terms are met
  • Manages proper implementation of Key Account contracts,  monitors data and generates reports
  • Builds positive customer relationships that generate cross-selling and repeat business
  • Monitors and reports competitor activity and suggests actions

The ideal candidate…must have

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Agriculture
  • Excellent Command of English both written and oral
  • Excellent use of Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Clean driving licence and fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)

  • Owner mentality, customer obsessed, agile through adversity and never totally satisfied
  • Self –motivated,  results oriented with excellent ability to organize, plan and implement own work without frequent supervision
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to deal effectively with all levels of customer contacts
  • Previous experience in selling will be a plus
